A Little About Me!
Hello, I’m Erica, the person behind The Dusty Typewriter!
As I approach retirement, I’m looking forward to spending more time doing something I genuinely enjoy – creating websites, writing content and helping people bring their ideas to life.
I’ve worked on websites for Wellington (Telford) Brass Band and Shropshire Brass, and I’m currently working on Wellington Wax Melts.
I know technology can sometimes feel overwhelming. That’s why I offer a friendly, personal approach, without the technical jargon or unnecessary expense.
The Dusty Typewriter is all about keeping things simple, affordable and personal.
A Few Projects I've Worked On
Wellington (Telford) Brass Band

Shropshire Brass Ensemble
Helping Shropshire Brass Ensemble develop its online presence through website design, engaging content and creative writing that brings its music and performances to life.
Wellington Wax Melts & Candles
Creating a welcoming, easy-to-navigate online shop that reflects the personality of this small business, showcases its handmade products and makes shopping simple for customers.
Why Choose The Dusty Typewriter
Because your business deserves more than a website built by a machine.
At The Dusty Typewriter, you’ll deal with a real person who takes the time to understand you, your business and what you’re trying to achieve.
DIY website builders and AI tools can be useful, but they can’t replace a personal conversation, a little creativity and someone who genuinely cares about getting things right.
I offer a friendly, affordable service without confusing technical jargon, expensive agency fees or unnecessary complications.
Whether you need a website, help with your words or someone to keep everything up to date, I’m here to make life easier.
No jargon. No fuss. Just a personal touch.
